Scheduled Maintenance

A Certified Systems Engineer of Peterson Computer Technologies (PCT) will perform a health checkup on your network Server(s) on a Monthly / Quarterly basis. These proactive approaches allows the customer and PCT to check, address and possibly foresee any problems or concerns long before they become harmful to your Network. Among the services provided:

Tape backup Verify that the back up hardware and software is operating properly and efficiently

UPS Verify that the UPS hardware and software is operating properly and efficiently

Memory Check memory resource availability

Disk Space Check disk space availability, compare changes to prior visits for estimating space usage for the future

LAN Traffic Review and advise of any noticeable problems

Server Uptime Check and review efficiency

Security Check Check firewall configuration and version to verify that your network is being optimally protected

Virus Check Verify that software is operating properly and make note of versions and signature dates

Patch Levels Verify all software Patch levels and review for more current levels, notify customer of recommended patch updates

Recommendations Offer appropriate improvements for your Network to reach optimal utilization. This will be prepared and delivered in a standard report.

This PCT service should take approximately 3 hours per server, and can be billed off your normal block or at standard rate. These visits are available 8am to 5pm, M-F.
